Hardly any of the shortcuts I use are defaults. Since I model a lot in Editable Poly, pretty much every key on my keyboard is a hotkey for some tool

Some of my hotkeys:

Attach (Poly) - A
Back View - B
Cap (Poly) - Y
Convert to Editable Polygon - P
Create Polygon (Poly) - R
Cut (Poly) - C
Detach - D
Front View - F
Grow Selection - G
Hide Grids Toggle - I
Hide Selection - H
Hide Unselected - U
Material Editor - M
Maximize Viewport toggle - X
MeshSmooth Modifier - O
Remove Edge (Poly) - E
Select-By-Name Dialog - N
Target Weld Vertex (Poly) - W
Unhide All - L
Weld Vertex (Poly) - S
Zoom Extents All - Z

I use 1-5 for sub-object selection (default) and of course, my favourite: Ctrl-Z
